The notorious Fukunaga High Party-Planning Committee is made up of the brightest students in the whole school. Unfortunately, the club is dedicated to slacking off, ignoring homework, and skipping school. When they were told their club needed a real purpose, otherwise they'd lose their meeting spot- the biggest table in the library- they started a band. (And then continued to do the same stuff as always, just under a new name...) Ochiyo (Vo.) is the bad influence who brought them all together. Followed by fashion guru Jiseru (Ba.), spooky insomniac Rikiya (Gt.), model girl Koike (Key.), and paranormal fanatic Rira (Drm.), they're best summed up as 'a nuisance'.
Ochiyo Inai
Summary: Ochiyo is the number one 'problem student' at Fukunaga High, and the leader of the 'Party-Planning Committee', also known as the band Cocktail Party. She's an incredibly intelligent girl, but doesn't seem to care about school at all, and is spreading her attitude to her peers. Flighty and cheerful, but with a chronic inability to be serious until it's too late, and throws the best parties.

Summary: Jiseru can seem a little uptight at first, and that's because she is. She handles most of the complicated band stuff, since she's the only one among them who's able to both stay serious and stay awake for long enough to deal with it. She's an aspiring fashion designer, and spends most of her free time working on designs. Out of all of them, she's probably the smartest- she actually turns in work and keeps her grades up, and also she's in Mensa. Aside from being smart and fashionable, most people don't know much about her.

Summary: Cocktail Party's 'patron of the ants', she seems to be more nocturnal than not. Due to her strange appearance and behavior, she's found herself at the center of many rumors, which she absolutely hates- she's not a ghost, she's not a psychic, she's not any kind of spook or specter. She's just a girl who stays up too late. So leave her alone. (Okay, maybe the rumor about the creepy-crawlies she keeps in her garage is true. But just that one! None of the others!)

Summary: The newest member of the party-planning committee, she part-times as a model. She's more mature than she looks, but has always struggled with her height- occasionally, she's still asked to model tweens' clothing. When she combines forces with Rira, they make the Snacks Team, the most powerful duo there is. Always willing to do a little fan-service, and occasionally to cover when Jiseru can't be bothered to keep the antics of the other three down to a minimum, she's a grown-up drink in a small glass.

(Unfortunately, she's got a powerful counterweapon…) She's quite skilled with putting words together, and is the primary lyricist for the band, but also has a tendency to throw out weird catchphrases and one-liners that don't stick, giving her bandmates weird one-off nicknames all the time. She's a pretty good artist, but she draws… odd things.
