Spruced up the navigation sidebar on the index page, labeling and categorizing the links.

Added a couple buttons and descriptive stuff to the right sidebar on the index page. I should give that a name...

Added two columns at the bottom of the index page to test out how columns worked for a friend, and ended up liking them so much I kept them.

Filled the bottom-right column of the index page with buttons that link to cool sites I've found on Neocities, complete with descriptive hovertext.

Covered the index page in pokemon, all of whom bounce up and down when you roll over them with your mouse, some of whom come with links when you click on them.

Added the columns layout and the bouncing images class to the HTML resources page.

Decided that this list is a thing I want to start doing.
